About Melissa

Melissa is a real person. Who got real results. She is now dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals – whatever they may be. As a former collegiate athlete, she once was in peak physical fitness shape. As she got older, started working full time and became a mom, she began to fall out of shape. In 2012 just 3 years after the birth of her youngest child she decided that she had enough. She rededicated herself to fitness and began to exercise on a daily basis. She did a number of home video programs, started eating well and living a healthier lifestyle. She soon discovered that hard work, really does pay off. Over time, she lost that baby-plus some- weight, gained lost energy and ultimately felt (and still feels) great. Throughout this process, she literally Got Up and Got Ripped. But, that was only the beginning. . . 

Fitness is now her passion. Melissa is certified as a personal trainer through NASM and is also certified in Mittology™, a Roger Mayweather style of boxing pad work. The latter certification allows Melissa to incorporate a unique style of training into her clients’ training programs. She spends her days helping her clients of all fitness levels reach their personal fitness goals and teaching several fitness classes a week in the metro Denver area. She is now ready to take her training to the national level and looks forward to training you through Get Up Get Ripped.

COMING SOON! Get Up Get Ripped is an intense fitness program, that is fun, filled with variety and ultimately produces results. It is designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve their various fitness goals on their own time. The program has proven results for people of all levels – from those looking to Get Up for the first time to those looking to bring their fitness level to a new high. In short, there is no way to master these workouts, rather, they are designed to constantly challenge you to get faster, stronger and better. As a result, you will constantly improve regardless of at what level you begin. The program includes eight different workouts and has 2 Game Plans – which allows you to select a schedule that will incorporate those workouts on a schedule that works for you. The Game Plans

Get Up Get Ripped 5×30: Workout 5 Days a Week x 30 Minutes a Day.

•Great for those looking for intense workouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less per day.

•Great start for beginners looking to start exercising on a regular basis. This version has various modifications within the program which will allow you to complete the workouts at your own pace.

•Includes optional core workouts for the days when you have a little more time to spend on you.

Get Up Get Ripped 3×45. Workout 3 Days a Week x 45 Minutes a Day.

•The workouts of the program are modified into three 45-50 minute workouts that you can complete on a schedule that works for you.

•Great for yogis or runners who are looking to supplement their current activities and build some strength in the   process.
